​Frequent Flyer Family Program at LightSource
We want to make it as cost effective as possible for families to get adjusted, together. Our program is for families of three members or more who want to be on our schedule (at all times). 

Our Frequent Flyers Family program offers the following: 

• Reserved spots on our schedule
• Discounted pricing for your care 
• Re-evaluations and telehealth meetings free of charge with Dr. Jodi ​

Pricing: 

• 3 family members: $65 a visit each ($60 if cash)
• 4 or more family members:$60 a visit each ($55 if cash)​

What we ask of you: 

• All family members included in plan must have their appointments scheduled out for current care term (usually 6 months at a time, then re-evaluation)
• Care plan frequency will be based on chiropractic needs, and will be agreed upon both by Dr. Jodi and/or parent(s) involved 
• Typical care plan for wellness care is 2-4 visits a month for adults, and 2 visits a month for kids/babies
• If you miss more than 2 scheduled appointments without rescheduling within that week, you will revert to our regular per visit plan
• No additional discounts in care apply to our FFF plan​
